Cocktail Recept: Rose flip

A Rose flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Cherry Brandy 
• 3 cl. Kirsch 
• 8 cl. Sect 
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then add the cherry brandy, kirsch and egg yolk.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Supplement the mix to taste with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
