How do I create a Rose flip cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then add the cherry brandy, kirsch and egg yolk.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Supplement the mix to taste with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
