- 3 cl. Cherry Brandy
- 3 cl. Kirsch
- 8 cl. Sect
- 1 bit Egg yolk
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Rose flip cocktail?
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then add the cherry brandy, kirsch and egg yolk.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Supplement the mix to taste with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
