- 2 cl. Bacardi Gold
- 1 cl. Tequila
- 7 cl. Pineapple juice
- 1 dash Orange bitter
- 1 bit Crushed ice
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Recife cocktail?
Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the highball glass.
Stir the mix carefully.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
