Cocktail Recept: Recife

A Recife cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Cachaca 
• 2 cl. Bacardi Gold 
• 1 cl. Tequila 
• 7 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 bit Crushed ice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the highball glass.
Stir the mix carefully.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
