- 10 cl. Sect
- 1 bit Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Pineapple

Add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and a piece of pineapple.
Pour the maraschino over this. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold sparkling wine.
