What do you need for a Pineapple slush?
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 cl. Ginger
- 2,5 dl. White wine
- 4 leaf Basil
- 6 Ice Cubes
How do I create a Pineapple slush cocktail?
Peel the pineapple, cut away the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Grate 2 teaspoons of ginger (the rest is not used). In a blender or food processor, puree the pineapple with the wine, ice cubes, grated ginger and basil. Serve in tall glasses.
