What do you need for a Pineapple slush?

• 1Pineapple
• 1 cl.Ginger
• 2,5 dl.White wine
• 4 leafBasil
• 6Ice Cubes

How do I create a Pineapple slush cocktail?

1. Peel the pineapple, cut away the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.
2. Grate 2 teaspoons of ginger (the rest is not used).
3. In a blender or food processor, puree the pineapple with the wine, ice cubes, grated ginger and basil.
4. Serve in tall glasses.
