A Ms. Bitter cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Pour the lemonade and Grand Marnier into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Then fill a tall highball glass with ice and empty the contents of the shaker into it. Top up with sparkling water and garnish with pieces of grapefruit plus a straw.
