Cocktail Recept: Lion

A Lion cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Peach tree 
• 2 cl. Tequila 
• 6 cl. Maracuja juice
• 2 cl. Grenadine
• 10 cl. Champagne 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 bit Crushed ice

Fill a tall cocktail glass 1/2 full with crushed ice.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with dry, ice-cold champagne.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
