A Horse's Neck 2 cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Then pour the Cognac and then the Bitter. Top up with Ginger Ale and garnish with horse head. Horsehead: Remove the peel from a lemon and try to keep it whole. Place the peel over the rim of a highball glass so that the side with the knot hangs in the glass and most of the peel is outside the glass.
