Cocktail Recept: Ginger ale flip

A Ginger ale flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 10 cl. Ginger ale
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Complete the cocktail with ginger ale, to taste.
Stir carefully again.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
