Cocktail Recept: Good bye Johnny

A Good bye Johnny cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Pastis 
• 2 cl. Apricot Brandy 
• 1 bit Egg white
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place the anisette, brandy, egg white and a few ice cubes in the shaker.
Shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a bar strainer into a cocktail glass.
