- 6 Ice Cubes
- 2 part Cognac
- 1 part Lemon brandy
- 1 tablespoon Sugar syrup
- 1 glass Champagne
- 1 bit Lemon
How do I create a French 75 cocktail?
Place the ice in a cocktail shaker and pour over the cognac, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until a layer of condensation forms. Strain the drink into a chilled highball glass and top it up with champagne. Garnish with the lemon zest.
