How do I create a Dorothy's Orgasm cocktail?

1. Shake the Vodka, Butterscotch liqueur and coffee liqueur with ice in a shaker and strain it with a strainer into a shooter glass.
2. Add the cream on top, garnish with a red cherry in the center and serve.
