Cocktail Recept: Butterfly

A Butterfly cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Apricot Brandy 
• 2 cl. Eggnog liquor 
• 1 cl. Raspberry juice
• 10 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sekt.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne or flute glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with the ice-cold, dry sparkling wine.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
