Cocktail Recept: Clover

What do you need for a Clover?

A Clover cocktail contains the following ingredients:

3 cl. Grappa
1 cl. Strawberry syrup
2 cl. Lemon juice
1 bit Egg white
1 pair Lemons
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Clover cocktail?

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler.
Add some ice cubes and half a lemon slice to the cocktail. Present the cocktail with a short straw.
