Cocktail Recept: Clover

A Clover cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Grappa 
• 1 cl. Strawberry syrup
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 bit Egg white
• 1 pair Lemons
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler.
Add some ice cubes and half a lemon slice to the cocktail. Present the cocktail with a short straw.
