How do I create a BSE Killer Injection cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Moisten the entire rim of a highball glass with an orange slice.
5. Press the rim of the glass in sugar for a nice sugar rim.
6. Pour the mix into the highball glass. Garnish the cocktail with a curled orange peel hanging in the cocktail and over the glass.
7. Now you can serve the cocktail.
