Cocktail Recept: Bijou cocktail

A Bijou cocktail cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Chartreuse 
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 Lemon
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Stir the liquid ingredients thoroughly together with some ice cubes in a mixing glass. Then pour this mix through a bar strainer into a cocktail glass with ice cubes. Squeeze a piece of lemon over the glass and finally serve the cocktail immediately.
