Cocktail Recept: Beau Rivage

A Beau Rivage cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Rum 
• 1 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 1 cl. Orange juice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place the rum, gin and a bar spoon of vermouth dry, vermouth rosso, grenadine syrup and orange juice together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour this mix through the strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and serve immediately.
