How do I create a Pineapple sorbet cocktail?

1. Take a ball of gals, for example a tumbler.
2. Add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and a piece of pineapple.
3. Pour the maraschino over this. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold sparkling wine.
4. Present the cocktail with a straw.
5. Serve the cocktail immediately.
