Cocktail Recept: Pineapple sorbet
What do you need for a Pineapple sorbet?
- 2 cl. Maraschino
- 10 cl. Sect
- 1 bit Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Pineapple
How do I create a Pineapple sorbet cocktail?
Add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and a piece of pineapple.
Pour the maraschino over this. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold sparkling wine.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
