Cocktail Recept: Portofino

A Portofino cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Port red 
• 1 cl. Strawberry syrup
• 4 cl. Maracuja juice
• 6 cl. Champagne 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Fill the cocktail further, carefully and to taste, with champagne.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
