Cocktail Recept: Gibson girl

A Gibson girl cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 cl. Orange juice
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Champagne 
• 1 Pineapple
• 1 bit Crushed ice

Place one third of crushed ice in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne and pineapple.
Then stir the mix.
Complete the cocktail, to taste, with some small pineapple pieces and ice-cold, dry champagne.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
