Citrus juicer

The citrus juicer is also called a hand juicer. A very simple and well-known, but effective tool that should not be missing behind the bar. Ideal for squeezing citrus fruits such as grapefruit juice and lime juice, which are best freshly squeezed. A citrus fruit cut in half will yield a generous amount of fresh juice in no time. Citrus juicers are available in glass, plastic and earthenware versions. In many practical situations, the hand juicer has made way for an electric citrus juicer. Citrus fruits that are very suitable for squeezing are lemon, grapefruit, lime, mandarin, pomelo, orange, tangerine and ugli.
