• 4 cl.Pineapple juice
• 7 cl.Champagne

How do I create a Sparkling strawberry cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold champagne.
6. Serve the cocktail immediately.
