Cocktail Recept: Sparkling strawberry

A Sparkling strawberry cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Strawberry syrup
• 1 cl. Apricot Brandy 
• 2 cl. Cognac 
• 4 cl. Pineapple juice
• 7 cl. Champagne 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold champagne.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
