What do you need for a South Seas?
- 30 ml. Southern Comfort
- 15 ml. Pernod
- 15 ml. Blue Curacao
- 60 ml. Orange juice
- 30 ml. Cream
- 1 bit Ice
- 1 slice Mango
How do I create a South Seas cocktail?
Mix the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Slowly pour the Blue Curacao onto the mixture and let it sink to the bottom. Garnish with a slice of mango.
