Cocktail Recept: Sinterklaas cocktail

A Sinterklaas cocktail cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 10 Peppernuts
• 1 bit Egg white
• 10 ml. Cointreau 
• 30 ml. Lemon juice
• 25 ml. Speculoos syrup
• 40 ml. Vodka 
• 2 dash Grapefruit juice

Fill a shaker with the above ingredients and dry shake vigorously.
Then fill your shaker with ice and shake vigorously again.
Then fill your tumbler with ice cubes and fine strain the contents into the glass.
Finish the cocktail with an orange zest.
The gingerbread nuts and gingerbread syrup come to the fore but are well balanced by the vodka and the fruity notes of Cointreau, lemon juice and grapefruit bitters.
