Cocktail Recept: Alabama fizz

A Alabama fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Gin 
• 1 cl. Creme de Menthe 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
