A Ritz cocktail cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Shake the ingredients thoroughly in the shaker together with some ice cubes, except the sparkling wine. Then pour the mix through a strainer into a flute or champagne glass. Finally, add ice-cold, dry sparkling wine to taste.
