A Pineapple flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Mix the pineapple juice, orange juice, egg yolk plus a few ice cubes thoroughly in the shaker. Pour this mix through a strainer (bar strainer into a highball glass). Add soda water to taste and stir carefully. Serve it with a straw.
