How do I create a Pineapple flip cocktail?

1. Mix the pineapple juice, orange juice, egg yolk plus a few ice cubes thoroughly in the shaker.
2. Pour this mix through a strainer (bar strainer into a highball glass).
3. Add soda water to taste and stir carefully.
4. Serve it with a straw.
