Cocktail Recept: Perfect Manhattan

A Perfect Manhattan cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 50 ml. Whisky 
• 12,5 ml. Vermouth 
• 12,5 ml. Vermouth 
• 1 dash Angostura 
• 1 slice Lemon

Place quite a few ice cubes in a mixing glass.
Now add the very well-chilled whisky, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth and a dash of Angostura to the mixing glass.
Stir these ingredients together well until they are ice cold.
Have a chilled martini glass ready. And then pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Place a slice of lemon on the glass and serve the cocktail immediately.
