Cocktail Recept: Park Ave

A Park Ave cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a mixing glass with some ice cubes (max. 10 seconds).
Pour the mix through a bar strainer into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Serve immediately.
