Cocktail Recept: Ox eye

A Ox eye cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 5 cl. Port red 
• 1 bit Egg yolk

Separate the egg white and the egg yolk from an egg.
Carefully place the entire egg yolk in a champagne glass, preferably a flat one, making sure that the yolk remains whole.
Then carefully add the port wine.
