Cocktail Recept: Bourbon flip

A Bourbon flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Bourbon whiskey 
• 1 cl. Bacardi Gold 
• 3 cl. Cream
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pinch Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass. Finally, sprinkle some nutmeg over the cocktail.
