Cocktail Recept: Orange wine

A Orange wine cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 Oranges
• 0,5 Lemon
• 3 bottle White wine 
• 0,5 liter Jenever 
• 350 gram Sugar

Divide the orange slices and lemon slices over, for example, two large glass, sealable jars (together suitable for approximately 3 liters).
Mix the wine and gin together with the sugar thoroughly until the sugar has completely melted.
Then pour this mixture into the two pots.
Store the jars for a month in a dark, cool place.
After a month, the wine thus obtained may be filtered and poured into four wine bottles.
This wine can be kept for a number of years in well-sealed bottles.
Nice and delicious to give as a gift.
In summer this wine can be served as an aperitif.
