Cocktail Recept: Matador

A Matador cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Tequila 
• 4 cl. Peach
• 2 cl. Pineapple juice
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the mineral water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
Top up the cocktail with mineral water to taste.
Stir some more.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
