How do I create a Kir Royale cocktail?

1. Pour a little Creme de Cassis into a champagne glass and top up with Champagne.
2. Make sure the ingredients are nice and cold before making the Kir Royale!

4. Then use white (sparkling) wine instead of Champagne. Then you have the regular Kir and that is also quite doable!
