Cocktail Recept: Berries and ice cream

A Berries and ice cream cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Creme de Cassis 
• 4 cl. Berry juice
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 8 cl. Sect 
• 1 bit Vanilla ice cream

Place the creme de cassis, currant juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mix this well.
Pour the mix into a fancy glass or tall beaker.
Complete the cocktail with ice-cold, dry sparkling wine.
