How do I create a Berries and ice cream cocktail?

1. Place the creme de cassis, currant juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender.
2. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mix this well.
3. Pour the mix into a fancy glass or tall beaker.
4. Complete the cocktail with ice-cold, dry sparkling wine.
