Cocktail Recept: Horse's Neck

A Horse's Neck cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 40 ml. Bourbon whiskey 
• 3 drop Angostura 
• 1 dash Ginger ale
• 2 Ice Cubes

Pour the Bourbon Whiskey into a highball glass. Top up with Ginger Ale. Finally add a few drops of Angostura Bitter. Stir briefly and add two ice cubes.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
