What do you need for a Horse's Neck?

A Horse's Neck cocktail contains the following ingredients:

40 ml. Bourbon whiskey
3 drop Angostura
1 dash Ginger ale
2 Ice Cubes

How do I create a Horse's Neck cocktail?

Pour the Bourbon Whiskey into a highball glass. Top up with Ginger Ale. Finally add a few drops of Angostura Bitter. Stir briefly and add two ice cubes.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
