Cocktail Recept: Peppermint tonic

A Peppermint tonic cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 3 cl. Peppermint liqueur 
• 12 cl. Tonic
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the tonic water.
Then stir the mix well.
Top up the cocktail with tonic water to taste.
Finally, stir the cocktail again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
