How do I create a Dubonnet Caribbean cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass or large tumbler.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the mineral water.
3. Then stir the mix.
4. Top up the cocktail with mineral water to taste.
5. Stir again.
