A Despertador cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Place all liquid ingredients, except the grapefruit juice, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour the mix through the strainer into a highball glass. Add grapefruit juice to taste and stir lightly before serving. Serve the cocktail with a straw.
