Cocktail Recept: Code ed

A Code ed cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 Pomegranates
• 2 Limes
• 16 cl. Vodka 
• 4 cl. Pastis 
• 12 cl. Soda water
• 1 dash Grenadine
• 5 Ice Cubes

Place the champagne glasses in the freezer at least fifteen minutes before preparing the cocktail.
Remove the seeds from the pomegranates and crush the flesh.
Shake this with crushed ice cubes until the juice is released.
Stir in the 8 centiliters of lime juice.
Then mix in the vodka and the pastis.
Stir well and pour the mix into chilled glasses.
Now add some soda water and a dash of grenadine. Garnish the cocktail with a zest of a lime.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
