What do you need for a Caribbean spring?
- 1 cl. Bacardi Gold
- 10 cl. Pineapple juice
- 5 cl. Grapefruit juice
- 1 cl. Coconut syrup
- 5 cl. Water
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Caribbean spring cocktail?
Place all ingredients, except the mineral water, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour this mix through the strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes. Top up with mineral water and serve immediately with a straw.
