Cocktail Recept: Caribbean spring

A Caribbean spring cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 cl. Bacardi Gold 
• 10 cl. Pineapple juice
• 5 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 1 cl. Coconut syrup
• 5 cl. Water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients, except the mineral water, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour this mix through the strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes. Top up with mineral water and serve immediately with a straw.
