- 10 cl.Pineapple juice
- 5 cl.Grapefruit juice
- 1 cl.Coconut syrup

How do I create a Caribbean spring cocktail?
- Place all ingredients, except the mineral water, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker.
- Shake vigorously and pour this mix through the strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with mineral water and serve immediately with a straw.
