How do I create a Balla balla cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sekt.
3. Then stir the mix well.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tall, narrow glass (highball glass).
5. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold, dry sparkling wine.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
