Cocktail Recept: Balaton

A Balaton cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Apricot Brandy 
• 1 cl. Peach tree 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sekt.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail with dry sparkling wine, to taste.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
