Cocktail Recept: Albermarle fizz

A Albermarle fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 6 cl. Gin 
• 1 cl. Jenever 
• 2 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Raspberry juice
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing some ice cubes.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
