Pimm's is a liqueur. There are different types of Pimm's but the most popular Pimm's is Pimm's No. 1 Cup. Pimm's No. 1 Cup. is based on gin and can be drunk neat or mixed in a cocktail. Pimm's No. 1 Cup has a dark tea color and tastes subtle of herbs and citrus fruit.
