Cocktail Recept: White Lady 2

A White Lady 2 cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 bit Sugar
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 1 cl. Cointreau 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 0,5 Egg white
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place a cocktail glass in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Push the opening of the glass into the grenadine sugar so that sugar sticks to the edge. Place the gin, cointreau, lemon juice and egg white in the glass with ice cubes. Shake vigorously until the drink is well chilled and the egg whites are whipped into foam. Strain it into a chilled cocktail glass.
