How do I create a Rum cobbler cocktail?

1. Pour the soda water into a tumbler or an old-fashioned glass and dissolve a bar spoon of icing sugar in it.
2. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice, add the rum and stir thoroughly.
3. Serve the cocktail immediately and with a straw.
