Cocktail Recept: Kiwi mojito

A Kiwi mojito cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 Limes
• 1 bit Mint
• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 100 ml. Rum 
• 1 bit Ice
• 1 Kiwi
• 1 bit Soda water

Brush the limes clean.
Then cut them into wedges.
Place the segments in a mixing bowl and add the mint leaves and sugar.
Mash everything finely with a pestle and add the rum.
Stir well.
Place plenty of ice in a highball glass and pour in the mixture.
Add some peeled and chopped kiwi.
Complete the cocktail, to taste, with a dash of soda water.
