Cocktail Recept: Pineapple sorbet

A Pineapple sorbet cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Maraschino 
• 10 cl. Sect 
• 1 bit Vanilla ice cream
• 1 Pineapple

Take a ball of gals, for example a tumbler.
Add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and a piece of pineapple.
Pour the maraschino over this. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with ice-cold sparkling wine.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
