Cocktail Recept: Vodka sour

A Vodka sour cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Vodka 
• 3 cl. Lemon juice
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup
• 5 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing some ice cubes.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir well again.
Present the cocktail with a short straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
