Cocktail Recept: Virginia egg still

A Virginia egg still cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Bourbon whiskey 
• 2 cl. Rum 
• 1 cl. Cream
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 Egg white
• 10 cl. Milk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pinch Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the milk.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold milk, to taste.
Now stir.
Sprinkle some nutmeg over the cocktail.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
