How do I create a Virginia egg still cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the milk.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
5. Top up the cocktail with ice-cold milk, to taste.
6. Now stir.
7. Sprinkle some nutmeg over the cocktail.
8. Serve the cocktail immediately.
